Animoto

Using Animoto is great way to synthesize information into 30 second video. Its like a quick synopsis of key ideas about a topic. Becoming a good digital citizen includes knowing when and how to legally and ethically give credit to the creators of digital material. Using tools such as Animoto  has contributed to my digital responsibility by making  me more  conscious of where I am retrieving information from and also wether it is allowed to be shared, used or modified in any way. Working with the Animoto forced me me to learn how to use the advanced search function when using Google Search Engine to filter images that creators have allowed to be used or shared. I did have some difficulty with making the images fit properly, This is something I have to work on.
Working through creating an Animoto short video slideshow has expanded my digital literacy.
